Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean and safe therapy space, and collaborating with the team to help children learn essential skills.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while maintaining an active pace.
