School Readiness Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 5 to 12 using play-Based aba therapy to build essential skills like communication and social interaction. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and maintaining an active, safe therapy environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly, sit, stand, crouch, and get on and off the floor.
