Registered Behavior Technician

Rbts spend approximately 80% of their time delivering one-On-One or small group treatment to clients, implementing individualized plans created by a bcba to teach various skills. The remaining 20% is dedicated to administrative tasks like session notes, data collection, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Required qualifications also include cpr/First aid certification within 30 days of hire, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to manage client needs, including lifting up to 50 lbs and supporting personal care.
