Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

The role involves developing and implementing individualized, data-Driven treatment plans while providing clinical oversight and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts). Responsibilities also include analyzing client data, adjusting goals, and collaborating effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers.

Candidates must possess a master’s or doctorate degree in aba or a related field and hold active bcba certification in good standing. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate are essential, along with obtaining cpr/First aid and qbs safety care certifications.
