Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates need the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on and off the floor while maintaining consistent attendance.
