Special Education RISE Teacher - IDEA Pflugerville College Prep (26-27)

Rise special education teachers are responsible for ensuring students with various disabilities meet high achievement expectations by adapting lessons, developing and implementing individualized education programs (Ieps), and tracking student progress across subjects like reading, writing, and math. They also provide essential resources, education, training, and emotional support to the families they serve to prepare them for long-Term planning.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and hold valid texas state certification in special education, along with appropriate core content certification(S). Strong preference is given to candidates with prior experience in a special education classroom setting serving students with significant disabilities.
