Special Education Co-Teacher - IDEA Pflugerville College Prep (26-27)

The special education co-Teacher will assist in the educational and social development of students under the guidance of lead teachers, focusing on implementing individual education plans and monitoring student progress. Responsibilities also include providing direct support to individual students inside and outside the classroom and collaborating with various related service professionals.

Candidates must possess at least 48 college hours, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred, and ideally have prior classroom or childcare experience. A strong willingness to pursue special education certification is highly preferred, as the role supports progression into a certified teaching position.
