Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging children through movement, reading, and hands-On activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and actively participating in a supportive, mission-Driven team environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree being a mandatory requirement for the specified title. Applicants must be able to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor, while also committing to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire.
