Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean and safe therapy space, and collaborating with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active physical pace throughout the day, frequently getting on and off the floor. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
