Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, ensuring a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving, sitting, standing, and crouching with young children. A commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is required.
