Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include collecting simple data, communicating with the team, maintaining a safe therapy space, and remaining constantly active during sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently move quickly, sit, stand, and crouch while engaging with young children. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and maintaining consistent attendance is also required.
