Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping the therapy space clean, safe, and engaging children through active play, movement, and hands-On activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace involving frequent sitting, standing, crouching, and moving quickly with children. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
