Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on and off the floor while maintaining a consistent pace.
