Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and help kids learn through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space while staying active and engaged with the children throughout the day.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to lift up to 30lbs and maintain an active pace, frequently getting on and off the floor. A commitment to consistent attendance and willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire are also mandatory requirements.
