Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, ensuring a clean and safe therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, although a bachelor's degree is required for the specified pay scale. Applicants must be physically capable of sitting, standing, crouching, squatting, moving quickly, and frequently getting on and off the floor while lifting up to 30 lbs.
