Child behavior therapist (Bachelors level)

The therapist will work one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging actively through movement, games, and hands-On activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with a willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs, frequently get on and off the floor, and maintain an active pace throughout the day.
