Registered Behavior Technician (Adolescent & Adult Focused)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized skill-Acquisition and behavior-Intervention plans written by a supervising board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect accurate, real-Time data on all treatment goals and behavior programs. This role involves direct-Care service delivery while maintaining communication with supervisors for support, training, and feedback.

Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma or national equivalent and hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb. Additional requirements include passing background screenings, maintaining active cpr certification, and demonstrating strong communication skills and compassion for working with children and families.
