Direct Support Professional (We will Train) Childcare

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean and safe while actively engaging children through play, movement, and reading.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace involving frequent movement on and off the floor. A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality, along with completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire, is mandatory.
