- Employment Support Professional (Full-Time

- 100% community-based — minor facility work. You’ll support clients directly at job sites, training sessions, and local businesses throughout Kansas City.

- What you’ll do
- Coach clients in job readiness, professional skills, and workplace success.
- Assist with job placement, training, and long-term employment support.
- Build partnerships with employers and community agencies.
- Develop individualized employment plans and track outcomes in Therap
- Travel daily using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- What you bring
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Valid driver’s license (Class E MO or Class C KS), auto insurance, clean driving record, and personal vehicle (required).
- Compassionate communication, strong organization, and a person-centered mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete CPR/First Aid (training provided).
- Prior caregiving, education, or human services experience and employment is preferred.

- Setting: 100% community-based — location varies daily
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time; flexible hours coordinated with families and individuals
- Training: Paid two-week onboarding, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (required)
