Employee Development Trainer – Human Services

This role involves delivering role-Specific, competency-Based training to staff, facilitating in-Service sessions, and conducting random competency testing to ensure proficiency according to regulatory standards. The trainer will also support new hires during onboarding, provide structured coaching, and develop/Update training materials and curriculum.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience as a trainer, along with at least two years of experience in a residential specialist or similar role. Strong communication, presentation, organizational skills, and proficiency with web-Based computer programs are required.
