  • Seasonal) PALS University – Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP) Kansas City Metro Area-$19.00 If you enjoy coaching others, working in the community, and helping individuals build real-world employment skills, this seasonal opportunity may be a great fit. Join CDD’s PALS University Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP) as a Seasonal Support Professional, supporting individuals as they participate in paid and volunteer work experiences throughout the summer. This is a temporary, seasonal role designed specifically to support summer programming and does not extend beyond the program term.   • Provide on-the-job coaching, instruction, and skill modeling
  • Support individuals in community employment and volunteer placements
  • Assist with attendance tracking and timekeeping procedures
  • Implement individualized employment goals and activities
  • Complete required documentation and progress notes
  • Communicate updates and observations to the Employment Specialist
  • Assist individuals with workplace routines and expectations
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, and orientation sessions
