Full-time Nursing Faculty (Accelerated Baccalaureate)

Faculty will primarily teach in the accelerated bachelor of science nursing (Absn) pre-Licensure program, involving curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation, alongside teaching online rn to bsn courses as assigned. Responsibilities include providing instruction in clinical, skills lab, simulation, and didactic theory courses while supervising student clinical experiences in various healthcare settings.

Candidates must possess an earned nursing graduate degree (Terminal degree preferred) and a minimum of three years of clinical practice experience, along with an active, unencumbered oregon rn license. A strong commitment to christian faith, the ability to support the university's theological context, and exceptional communication skills are also essential requirements.
