Position Information

Job Summary Bushnell University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program (CMHC), located in Eugene, OR invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach primarily in the University’s Clinical Mental Health pre-licensure program. Candidates will have a strong counselor identity, strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity, and vibrant, maturing Christian faith. Additionally, CACREP membership and expertise teaching, along with effective interpersonal and communication skills are desired qualities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Experience and Qualification Requirements
• Earned graduate degree in Counseling.
• Minimum of two years experience.
• Experience as a Counselor educator and/or possess experience teaching counseling students is preferred.
• Holding a current Oregon LPC or LMFT license or ability to be licensed in Oregon is required.
• Current NCC or NCMHCE
• Knowledge of Oregon LPC licensing standards, Oregon law pertaining to clinical mental health counselors and CACREP standards
• Listening skills and the ability to speak and write clearly.
• Ability to utilize Windows based software including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience utilizing e-mail for the purposes of organizational communications.
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
