Core responsibilities

This role involves conducting annual needs assessments and developing, directing, and implementing orientation, in-Service, and continuing education programs for clinical and ancillary staff. The educator will also interact with staff and vendors to coordinate educational needs, supervise preceptors, conduct clinical rounds, and assist with quality improvement activities.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and have five years of operating room (Or) experience, along with required certifications including a california rn license, acls, and bls. Preferred qualifications include an msn or master's degree and two or more years of clinical/Education experience.
