Preschool Services Coordinator (Case Management) for Riverside Preschool Age South

The coordinator is responsible for managing consumer services and support according to the lanterman developmental disabilities services act, which includes ongoing evaluation of consumer progress and planning as outlined in the individual program plan (Ipp). This role involves extensive coordination of assessments, utilization of generic resources, crisis intervention, and acting as a liaison to community agencies while ensuring consumer rights and dignity are maintained.

Candidates must possess either a master's degree in a relevant field (Social work, psychology, etc.) or a bachelor's degree plus one year of related case management experience in developmental disabilities or a related field. A valid california driver's license, automobile use, and liability insurance are mandatory requirements for this field-Based position.
