Program Leader

Program leaders act as positive adult role models and mentors, leading groups of students in in-Person classroom settings. They are responsible for implementing academic enrichment, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a nurturing environment for student growth.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or g.e.d. And at least six months of experience working with groups of students. Additional requirements include passing a criminal background check, providing a negative tb test, and demonstrating proficiency in english and math.
