Girls Varsity Assistant Crew Coach

The assistant crew coach is responsible for instructing and coaching teams and individuals in sports fundamentals, demonstrating techniques, and preparing athletes for competition through planned practice sessions and motivation. Duties also include evaluating athlete skills, keeping current with sport rules and philosophies, and professionally representing the sports program.

Candidates must possess excellent management and interpersonal skills, demonstrate an ability to build trust with students, and adhere to diversity and inclusion values. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or ged, obtaining a nh commercial boating license, and cpr/Aed certification, along with prior experience playing or coaching the sport.
