School-Based Therapist

The therapist will manage a caseload of youth from kindergarten to 12th grade, delivering solution-Focused and strength-Based services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Responsibilities also include driving the treatment planning process, maintaining accurate records, meeting billable hour targets, and consulting with treatment team members.

Candidates must possess an advanced degree in a human services discipline, along with specific state-Mandated professional licensure (E.g., lsw/Lgsw/Lcsw in wv, various licenses in ky, or specific licenses in oh) and a valid driver's license. Experience in mental health treatment for children with emotional or behavioral disabilities is required, varying in duration based on the state location.
