Residential counselor

Direct care counselors are responsible for the day-To-Day operations of a residential treatment program, including maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children aged 5-14. This involves initiating daily activities, supervising participants, handling crisis intervention, and completing necessary case management and documentation.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant experience working with youth is acceptable. Candidates must possess strong organization and communication skills, along with the ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise sound decision-Making.
