Stetson Ranch has an immediate opening for Ed Tech III/Teacher’s Aide in our Special Purpose Private School Program serving students ages 10– 20. Ed Tech III/Teacher’s Aide is responsible for classroom support including: assisting students with lesson assignments, planning and preparing teaching aids, and coordinating instructional efforts with the school team. Small classroom sizes typically range from 4-6 students with 1 Teacher and 1 Teacher Aide per room.
Candidates must have a minimum 90 college credit hours to be Certified as an ED Tech III/(BHP). Certification can be acquired through employment with us! . Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to instruct, assume and delegate responsibilities, and exercise decision making is also required.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals. This is a fulltime benefit eligible position that operates on a 200-day calendar in addition to a required extended six-week summer school schedule.
