Residential Counselor - Overnight

This role involves providing awake overnight direct care support within an adolescent residential program for individuals aged 10 to 18. The counselor will operate within a structured community of care setting that includes an on-Premises school program.

Candidates should possess energy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals while demonstrating skilled leadership. A degree in human services or a related field, along with prior experience working with youth, is preferred.
