Residential Counselor

The role involves providing direct care and support services to youth aged 10-18 within a residential treatment facility that includes an on-Site school. Counselors must work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a structured and supportive environment for residents.

Candidates should possess energy, attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and leadership abilities. A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, or relevant experience working with youth, is preferred.
