Core responsibilities
The mentor will provide consistent one-On-One support and mentoring to participants aged 11-24 who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation through regular meetings in various settings. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed written documentation for each contact and collaborating with team members to develop appropriate support, education, and treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Applicants should possess a personal commitment to working with children and adolescents and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-Disciplinary team, maintaining a positive belief in recovery. A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, along with a current driver's license and access to a car; prior personal experience as a survivor of commercial sexual exploitation is preferred but not mandatory.
