Behavior therapists connect with and include individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs, and communities by applying the principles of applied behavior analysis (Aba). This involves implementing treatment plans through strong collaboration and communication with peers.

Candidates must be passionate about helping others succeed, possess strong collaboration and communication skills, and maintain a compassionate approach with flexibility. A registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is required within 30 days of employment, along with reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform tasks like prolonged standing, lifting, and squatting.
