Teachers are responsible for developing and implementing creative, standards-Aligned curriculum while fostering strong home-School links through consistent family engagement. Essential functions include effective communication, providing emotional support to students and families, and maintaining high academic expectations in a structured, positive learning environment.

Candidates must hold a minimum bachelor of science degree in education and a minimum resident educator license, demonstrating a proven record of classroom success. Experience in an urban public or charter school setting is preferred, and all applicants must pass required criminal background checks and pre-Employment screenings.
