Core responsibilities
The assistant will be responsible for the welfare of nearly 2,000 pre-College program participants, coordinating with university departments to address on-Site student needs, and serving as a chaperone for various activities. They will also act as the initial crisis contact, set behavioral expectations, and instruct program assistants on fostering an inclusive environment.
Requirements summary
The role requires exceptional communication, customer relations, and public speaking skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment. A minimum qualification is the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, with preferred qualification being at least one year of related professional experience.
