Youth Care Worker- Residential Treatment Center

Youth care workers will provide safety and continuous supervision for the youth in the program, fostering a supportive atmosphere tailored to student needs. They will monitor and document student activities and collaborate with professional staff to meet individual treatment plan goals.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating empathy, patience, and respect while having a desire to work with troubled teens. Applicants must also successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, tb test, and a search of the child abuse central registry.
