What you will do

The Case Manager is responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. This position requires using company vehicles to transport students to court hearings.

To be considered you should

Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)~ Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies. ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule

One evening and one weekend day are required. All other working weekdays are typically during normal business hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
