Case manager

The case manager is responsible for developing and facilitating case plans and treatment programs tailored to the needs of students. They report to the director of student services and ensure high-Quality care in accordance with placing agency requirements.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least 3 years of prior case management experience with youth or juvenile agencies. Applicants must also be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and tb test.
