Core responsibilities
Behavioral health technicians will provide care, support, and encouragement to youth in a safe, home-Like environment within the children’s qualified residential treatment program. Key duties include assisting with daily living skills, leading structured activities, documenting progress, and utilizing trauma-Informed approaches and crisis interventions when necessary.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 21 years old, along with holding a valid driver's license if driving is required. Certification in cpr and cpi must be obtained within 90 days of hire, alongside demonstrating strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children.
