Behavioral Health Technician – Youth

Behavioral health technicians will be responsible for building positive relationships with youth, assisting with daily living activities, and leading structured learning opportunities within a residential treatment setting. Key duties also include documenting progress and utilizing trauma-Informed approaches, de-Escalation, and crisis intervention when necessary.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 21 years old, along with holding a valid driver's license if driving is required. Successful applicants must obtain cpr and cpi certification within 90 days of hire and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
