School-Based Day Treatment Therapist - Social Services

The therapist provides evidence-Based therapy services to youth with sed and their families, primarily in a school-Based setting, managing client progress from intake through discharge and aftercare. This role involves facilitating therapy sessions, coordinating clinical information across agencies, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized service plans for wraparound clients.

A master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related human service field is required, with preferred experience in direct mental health counseling or case management services. Candidates must maintain minimum required clinical certification/Licensure and possess strong skills in assessment, therapy with youth, crisis intervention, and professional communication.
