Direct juvenile support worker (Coach counselor)

The direct juvenile support worker provides continuous, in-Person safety and security while addressing the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development. This role involves monitoring behaviors, documenting activities, and assisting with educational, social, athletic, and recreational programs while collaborating on treatment plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old to be considered for this position. Applicants are also required to pass comprehensive background checks, including drug, physical, tb tests, and a search of child and adult abuse registries.
