The licensed therapist is responsible for developing and facilitating prescriptive treatment programs and case plans for youth. They serve as the primary provider for individual, group, and family therapy while assisting with the supervision of group living staff.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and possess four years of relevant experience. A valid florida license (Lmhc, lcsw, or lmft) is mandatory.
