Teacher - Kindergarten

The teacher is responsible for supporting the diocese of tucson's mission by evangelizing, catechizing, and educating youth within a catholic school environment, acting as a minister of the gospel both academically and behaviorally. Essential duties include recognizing and supporting the catholic mission, leading daily prayer, preparing lessons aligned with academic and religious curricula, and effectively evaluating student progress.

Candidates must possess a current and valid arizona standard professional teaching certificate or alternative teacher certificate and demonstrate a strong commitment to the roman catholic church's mission, including living gospel values. Basic qualifications require a bachelor's degree or higher, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer technology, and the ability to pass a criminal history background check.
