The Foundations Curriculum

  • You will guide students through the critical "building blocks" required for any medical specialty:
  • Medical Science Mastery: Leading deep dives into Anatomy, Physiology, and the "language of medicine" (Medical Terminology).
  • The Success Mindset: Teaching the study habits, math fundamentals, and computer literacy that ensure students don't just start, but graduate.
  • Life-Saving Skills: Certifying students in CPR and First Aid—skills you already use every day.

Essential Functions • Instructional Delivery

  • Deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).

  • Evaluation: Grade coursework and assessments within a 72-hour window to provide timely feedback.

Minimum Requirements • Clinical Experience

  • At least three (3) years of practical work experience in a medical setting.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited medical program (MA, Nursing, Allied Health, Dental, etc.) OR an additional 3 years of related occupational experience.
