Position Details

New hires will be placed on the UA student salary schedule [https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/compensation/files/FY24-Student-Pay-Grid.pdf], based on education and experience. Please note that based on geographic location and knowledge, skills, and abilities, the hiring authority for the position may negotiate a higher rate to ensure fair and equitable compensation.
