ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will work directly with children and young teens with autism to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a bcba, utilizing positive reinforcement and play-Based teaching to build essential life skills. Duties also include accurately collecting progress data, collaborating with the team, and completing administrative tasks like session notes.

Candidates must love working with children and possess qualities like kindness, patience, adaptability, responsibility, and dependability, while being open to professional growth. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, the ability to pass background and tb tests, a valid driver's license or id, and flexible availability including one saturday per month.
