Direct Support Professional

As a direct support professional, you will be responsible for guiding children and teens with developmental disabilities through daily activities at home and in the community, focusing on teaching social, self-Help, and independence skills. This role involves supporting progress, following behavior plans, opening opportunities for community involvement, and tracking client milestones.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable transportation to fulfill the role's requirements. The position involves part-Time hours initially, with opportunities for growth within the organization.
