Direct Support Professional

As a direct support professional, you will guide children and teens with developmental disabilities through daily activities at home and in the community, focusing on teaching social, self-Help, and independence skills. You will also be responsible for encouraging growth by supporting progress, following behavior plans, and tracking milestones to foster safety and community involvement.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable personal transportation. The role requires reliability and a deep sense of care for making a meaningful impact on clients' lives.
